Happy Birthdays

It was a birthday weekend. We celebrated Miss S' first birthday, Grandma H's and Dr. D's birthdays. We also received 16 inches of rain over a 4 day period.

Here is Dr. D decorating the cake, while Grandma I and Miss S supervise.

The finished product - a tasty banana sponge cake.

Enjoying her cake.

Opening presents . Well, sitting on and opening presents.

Miss S having fun on one of her gifts.

The rain subsided enough for us to take a walk up the road...
and play in the puddles.
