LOVEly Month

February was a month filled with visits with friends and family and lots of birthdays. Miss S had a Finding Nemo themed party for her birthday.

Her guests made fish prints.


They also enjoyed octopus hotdogs.

Miss S was trying to catch a big one.

Of course no birthday is complete without the cake. Dr.D decorated the cake in the shape of Australia, even including the East Australian current.

Grandma celebrated a birthday...

and so did Dr. D. Check out the candles Miss S picked out -a big zero. No one complained.

We are still clearing brush and continually recruiting people to help out. Mike and Nick were awesome in helping us clear from the burn pile back to the wall of dead manzanita

Ky loves being warm and you can't get much warmer than this. Well I guess she could have laid in the burn pile - Ouch. One set of staples this month was enough.
